I wrote a brief post on the Comics & Cola Facebook page, and I thought I'd mention it here, too, for people who may have missed it. As the year winds down, I'm thinking about what to do with Comics & Cola for next year. This year was as much a writing/discipline experiment more than anything, as I'd set myself the target of updating the blog every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the whole year (and I can't quite believe I did it!). It's been tiring and challenging and I've whined and complained about it, but I have loved it so, so, so much, and nothing I have done in the way of work or vocation fulfills or excites me in the same way as comics and writing about them. One of the major things that has kept me going when I've felt de-motivated and has been the support and encouragement I've received, so thank you for that, truly. I hope to write more fully on the experience soon (a general look-back at my year), so I won't make this long: with the new year on the horizon, I'm thinking about what form the blog will take. I'm not sure if it's feasible to continue updating three times a week- perhaps spreading posts out over the week, or cutting down to twice a week. So I'm looking for feedback from you: any suggestions on how Comics & Cola could be improved, what you think works, what doesn't, what you'd like to see, or see less or more of- reviews, interviews, ideas for features, coverage, etc. If you could leave a comment or any thoughts here, I'd really appreciate it.
